Chris Counter
Founder, Chief Executive Officer

Chris Counter is a British-born creative leader with over 20 years of experience turning big ideas into bold campaigns that connect with audiences. Equal parts strategist and designer, Chris has led brand evolutions, integrated marketing initiatives, and led advertising campaigns, always with an eye for detail and a knack for storytelling.

He’s collaborated with agencies, and in-house teams, to deliver insight-driven creative across TV, digital, print, and live events. Chris is passionate about building high-performing design teams and aligning creative vision with business goals. He’s equally passionate about making the process fun, approachable, and a little unexpected.

When he’s not shaping brands, Chris is probably quoting Star Wars, debating the finer points of lightsaber design, or geeking out over typography like it’s a Jedi art form. His leadership style blends curiosity, humor, and empathy, because he believes the best ideas come from collaboration and a willingness to explore “what if.”
