Brillynt Studios Welcomes Kimberly Scheinoff as Director of Growth & Partnerships

Brillynt is growing, and we’re excited to welcome Kimberly Scheinoff as our new Director of Growth & Partnerships

At Brillynt Studios, we’ve always believed that great creative starts with understanding the bigger picture. It’s not just about how a brand looks. It’s about what the organization is trying to accomplish, who it needs to reach, and how creative and strategy can work together to move the business forward. Bringing Kim to Brillynt allows us to take that thinking even further.

Adding Growth to the Creative Conversation

Kim brings experience across business development, marketing, operations, sales, client engagement, and strategic planning. Throughout her career, she has worked with organizations to strengthen relationships, improve processes, create meaningful experiences, and identify new opportunities for growth. But what really makes Kim a great fit for Brillynt is how she thinks. She looks beyond the immediate project to understand the organization behind it. What are you trying to accomplish? Where are the opportunities? What might be getting overlooked? And how can stronger relationships, clearer processes, and better strategy help move things forward? That perspective adds another dimension to the work we’re already doing with our clients.

Creative + Strategy + Growth

As Director of Growth & Partnerships, Kim will help Brillynt strengthen strategic partnerships, explore new business opportunities, and bring an additional layer of business thinking to our client relationships. For our clients, that means we can have bigger conversations. Sometimes the challenge isn’t simply a new website, campaign, presentation, or brand. There may be a larger opportunity behind the creative need. By combining Brillynt’s creative and brand expertise with Kim’s strengths in growth, partnerships, and strategy, we can help organizations see those opportunities and determine where to go next. It’s an evolution that feels very natural for Brillynt.

What’s Next

We’re building Brillynt to be the kind of creative partner that understands more than the assignment in front of us. We want to understand the business behind it. Kim makes us better at doing exactly that. We’re incredibly excited to have her joining Brillynt Studios and even more excited about what we’ll be able to build together.

Welcome to Brillynt, Kim. We’re just getting started.
